Two years ago, I participated to a free online course about using images in the 21st Century Classroom. It was organised by EVO (Electronic Village Online). I learnt so much from it (i.e. how to use Flickr) and I met so many interesting people who are now part of my PLN ‘Personal Learning Network’, that I wanted to attend another free course last year. I tried to attend the course called "Bringing language alive trough process drama" but unfortunately, I didn't spend enough time on it.
This year, I am well motivated to attend another course. There is a great selection:
- Becoming a Webhead
- Re-playing Process Drama
- Digital Storytelling
- PLEs and PLNs for Lifelong Learning Competencies
- Creating Vocabulary Activities
- Multiliteracies for Social Networking and Collaborative Learning Environments
- Village- Language Learning and Community Building in Second Life
- Mentoring TESOL
- Podcasts for EFL /ESL classroom
- Reflection and Practice: Virtual Education
You can register from tomorrow 3rd January to 9th January. The sessions will last for five weeks and will bring together participants for a longer period of time than is permitted by the land-based convention and will allow a fuller development of ideas than is otherwise possible.
I am still undecided on which course I want to attend but I hope you will join as well, it is opened to anyone around the globe
